Maximizing ROAS While Expanding Operations
As operational demands increased, the brand needed marketing performance to remain strong and efficient. We focused on high-impact opportunities, reduced wasted spend, and helped maintain healthy returns during a critical growth phase.
The Brand
TailorByrd is a New York-based menswear brand offering premium, tailored clothing at accessible prices. With an established wholesale presence, they were looking to scale their direct-to-consumer ecommerce channel.

The Challenge
TailorByrd had hit a plateau. Early marketing wins had leveled off, and the path forward wasn't clear. Attribution had become murky after the GA4 transition, platforms reported conflicting numbers, and their small marketing team needed strategic support, not just execution. The real problem wasn't performance. It was clarity.
Our Approach
Results
TailorByrd surpassed $1M in annual e-commerce revenue, signifying their first million-dollar year for the DTC channel. Google Ads contributed $449K directly at a 4X ROAS. But the bigger story was what made that milestone possible: clear understanding of where revenue was actually coming from, a datadriven approach to closing gaps like customer retention, and strategic support that gave their small team the capacity to act on it all.
