Growing Beyond a Flagship Retail Location

Uashmama USA has long been a fixture for luxury vacationers shopping on Charleston’s iconic King Street. They came to PPC Pitbulls with the goal of growing their ecommerce channel to reach new customers across the US. Their customer base is fiercely loyal, though it was challenging to entice new buyers to try their innovative product line without the in-person touchpoint.

Our Strategy

Our approach centered around leveraging Google's Performance Max campaign type to maximize Uashmama's reach across multiple channels. We worked closely with Uashmama’s internal team and leveraged their existing high-quality images, videos, and text-based creative assets. This approach allowed us to show off the beauty and functionality of the sustainable Aggo material, educating new customers about the product line in the process.

We relied heavily on shopping ads based to showcaseUashmama’s extensive product line. We leveraged the existing product titles, images, and descriptions from Uashmama’s website and optimized these assets to perform best in both paid and free listings on Google. We also implemented dynamic feed updates to keep new products and inventory data current automatically.

Using a target ROAS bidding strategy allowed us to gradually scale spend and revenue while maintaining profitable returns. This feature uses machine learning to optimize bids and placements in real-time based on Uashmama's Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) goals.
We first delivered profitable returns, then scaled them over time to drive growth in the ecommerce channel.

Results

Working closely with Uashmama’s internal team and relying on dynamic Performance Max Ads we were able to deliver incredible revenue growth with 71% year over year growth attributed just to Google Ads. We also were able to maintain a profitable average Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) of 3.5x!
